Managing your No Ugly Subscription

If you subscribe to any No Ugly products, including No Ugly SWAPPA, you can make changes to your subscription at any time. This includes: 

  • Changing the flavour or quantity of items in your subscription
  • Changing the frequency of your delivery 
  • Updating your credit card details or address
  • Pausing and resuming your deliveries
  • Canceling your subscription (you must have received three deliveries before this option is available).

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT

  1. To manage your subscription log into your account at nougly.nz
  2. Click the person symbol in the top navigation toolbar
  3. Log into your account using the email address and password you used when you made your first No Ugly purchase. If you didn’t set a password you will need to select ‘Create Account’
  4. If you create an account you will be sent an email to activate your account. Click the link in the email and you’re ready to go!
  5. Once in your account, click ‘Manage Subscription’ under the ‘Account Details’ section.
