How to manage your No Ugly Swappa subscription

With No Ugly Swappa you can make changes to your subscription at anytime. This includes:

  • Changing the frequency of your delivery 
  • Updating your credit card details 
  • Skipping a delivery
  • Cancelling your subscription

 LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. To manage your subscription log into your account at nougly.nz
  2. Click the person symbol in the top navigation toolbar
  3. Log into your account using the email address and password you used when you signed up for No Ugly Swappa. If you didn’t set a password you will need to select ‘Create Account’
  4. If you create an account you will be sent an email to activate your account. Click the link in the email and you’re ready to go!
  5. Once in your account, click ‘Manage Subscription’ under the ‘Account Details’ section. You should now see

CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY FREQUENCY

  1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’
  2. Click ‘Every 1 week’ (or whatever your delivery frequency is) under ‘Frequency'
  3. Click ‘Update’

SKIP A DELIVERY 

  1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’
  2. You will see a list of all your future Swappa orders. Please note No Ugly Swappa are delivered the Wednesday AFTER your order is made.
  3. Click ‘Skip Order’ next to the order you wish to skip
  4. Click ‘OK
  5. If you change your mind or skipped the wrong order, you can click ‘Resume Order’ to bring the order back.

UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

  1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’ 2. Click ‘Manage’
  2. Click ‘View/Update card’
  3. Click ‘Click here to update Credit Card’
  4. Enter your card details and click ‘Update’

UPDATE DELIVERY ADDRESS

  1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’ 
  2. Click ‘Manage’
  3. Click ‘Update Address’
  4. Enter your new address details and click ‘Update’
