Managing your No Ugly Subscription.

LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
To manage your subscription log into your account at nougly.nz
1. Click ‘MY ACCOUNT’ in the top navigation toolbar
2. Log into your account using the email address and password you used when you signed up for No Ugly SWAPPA. If you haven't logged in before you will need to select ‘Create Account’
3. If you create an account you will be sent an email to activate your account. Click the link in the email and you’re ready to go!

CHANGING PRODUCTS IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’, under ‘Account Details’
2. Click ‘Manage’
3. Click ‘Swap Product’
4. Select the product you wish to switch to and click ‘Update’

NB – You can only switch like for like products – e.g. A 24 Bottle case of one No Ugly tonic for a 24 Bottle case of a different No Ugly tonic. If you wish to make other changes to your subscription, get in touch with us at help@nougly.nz and we can sort it for you!

CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY FREQUENCY
1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’
2. Click ‘Change Frequency' under ‘Order frequency’
3. Update your new desired frequency and click ‘Save Changes’

SKIP A DELIVERY
1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’
2. Scroll down to 'Manage Upcoming Orders' and click on this to see a list of all your upcoming orders.
3. Click ‘Skip Order’ next to the order you wish to skip and click ‘OK’
4. If you change your mind or skipped the wrong order, you can click ‘Resume Order’ to bring the order back.

UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS
1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’
2. Scroll down to 'Payment Information' and click on this to see a list of all your credit card details.
3. Click ‘Edit’ to make changes
4. Enter new card details and click 'Save Changes'

UPDATE DELIVERY ADDRESS
1. Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’
2. Scroll down to 'Address and shipping information' and click on this to see your shipping and billing address.
3. Click ‘Edit’ to make changes
4. Enter new card details and click 'Save Changes'
