Managing your No Ugly Subscription
If you subscribe to any No Ugly products, including No Ugly SWAPPA, you can make changes to your subscription at any time. This includes:
- Changing the flavour or quantity of items in your subscription
- Changing the frequency of your delivery
- Updating your credit card details or address
- Pausing and resuming your deliveries
- Canceling your subscription (you must have received three deliveries before this option is available).
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT
- To manage your subscription log into your account at nougly.nz
- Click the person symbol in the top navigation toolbar
- Log into your account using the email address and password you used when you made your first No Ugly purchase. If you didn’t set a password you will need to select ‘Create Account’
- If you create an account you will be sent an email to activate your account. Click the link in the email and you’re ready to go!
- Once in your account, click ‘Manage Subscription’ under the ‘Account Details’ section.
