HOW LONG IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR?
You decide. With simply ask that you take a minimum of three deliveries. After that, you are free to cancel at any time.
CAN I CHANGE WHAT NO UGLY PRODUCTS I RECIEVE?
We all like to keep things fresh! At any time you can update what's in your subscription.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
Our system will automatically put an order through at the frequency you select (for example, every 2 weeks) and your credit card will be charged. We'll then process you order and send it out to you like normal.
WHAT IF I MOVE OR GO ON HOLIDAY?
You can change your delivery address or pause your subscription at anytime.
WHAT IS A SWAPPA SUBSCRIPTION?
No Ugly SWAPPA is our service where we collect your empty bottles each delivery and return to the glass to the manufacturer to be reused. It's our way of ensuring as little as possible ends in landfill.
SWAPPA is only available in Auckland.
SWAPPA deliveries happen on Tuesdays (East & South Auckland) and Wednesday (West & North Auckland).
