Scientifically formulated to support sleep quality and healthy sleep patterns, it's packed with a powerful blend of Tart Cherry, Magnesium, Passionflower, Chamomile and Lemon Balm to help you unwind, relax and wake feeling refreshed.
Directions: Mix one 10g serve (approximately 2½ teaspoons) into a cup of hot or cold water. Stir well with a spoon or blend using a handheld milk frother. Consume immediately.
Recommended dosage: Adults and young people aged 14 years and over: Take one serve daily, approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.
